* Certified ISO 8573-1 (2010) Class 0, the unique shaft seal design ensures the purity of the end products and eliminates the risk of contamination. 100% pure and oil-free air is provided.
Brand New Screw Rotors
* An asymmetric rotor profile is adopted, and both the first and second rotors are with 4-6 teeth. The unique structure can be easily matched with different models.
* The rotors are made of high-strength alloy steel. Both the male and female rotors and the inside of the casing are all coated with PTFE+MoS2 to prevent corrosion and improve the sealing performance.
* High efficiency and low energy consumption.
High Strength and Low Wear Bearings
* Both the inlet and discharge ends adopt the original imported SKF ball bearings & back-to-back tapered roller bearings, which are suitable for different load operations.
* Good stability with no need for pre-lubrication or running-in period.
Running Time Guaranteed
* Increases running time and reduces system energy consumption. The airend shutdowns at 350° C, and the coating is heat-resistant up to 350°C.
Integrated Heat Recovery System
* The built-in special structure design of the heat transfer system ensures good operation by effectively preventing limescale in the tubes during the heat exchange process.
* With customized and modular design, the system is small but helps reduce energy loss and recovery almost 80% of the heat generated.
